Which lash set is right for you?
A classic set applies one extension to each natural lash for a clean, mascara-like finish. Hybrid mixes classic and volume for added texture. Volume and mega volume use handmade or pre-made fans of ultra-fine lashes for a fuller, more dramatic look.
Prefer something lighter? A half set covers roughly 40–60% of your natural lashes, and wispy sets add longer, feathery spikes for an airy, dimensional style. If you'd like a fully bespoke design, choose a Custom Set and upload an inspiration photo when you book. It's shared only with your technician.
Not into extensions? A Korean lash lift and tint curls and darkens your natural lashes using gentle, nourishing solutions, and a lash tint on its own adds definition with no upkeep.
How to prepare for your lash appointment
Your booking confirmation includes our lash appointment guide. In short:
- Come with no make-up and clean lashes.
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
- Wear something comfortable you can relax in.
- Have your inspiration pictures ready.
- Use the bathroom before we start.
Fills, removals and keeping your set fresh
Natural lashes shed every day, so extensions need regular fills to stay full. We offer fills for classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, and we'll email you a reminder when it's time to rebook.
Need lashes taken off? We remove our own sets and sets done elsewhere safely, without pulling on your natural lashes. A nourishing lash treatment can be added to any appointment to restore moisture.

Most clients come back for a fill every two to three weeks, as natural lashes shed. We'll send you a reminder email when it's time to rebook.
Do I need a patch test for lash extensions?
Some lash services may need a patch test before your first appointment. Tell us about any allergies or sensitivities when you book and we'll let you know if one applies to you.
Can you remove lash extensions done at another salon?
Yes. Book a Lash Removal (foreign) and we'll safely remove a set applied elsewhere.
